Mektra Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

This policy describes how the current Android version of Mektra, package com.arkcodesolutions.mektra, handles information.

Information collection and sharing

Mektra does not require an account. Gameplay progress stays on your device. The Android game offers optional rewarded video ads through Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay, allowing one revive per run. The advertising SDKs initialize only after you choose Enable videos. You can play and restart without enabling ads. The game offers an optional global leaderboard and score sharing, and does not include in-app purchases and does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Optional advertising

When videos are enabled, Unity and its advertising service partners process device and advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. This information is transmitted to those services and may be shared for these purposes. Mektra requests non-personalized advertising and sets an opt-out-of-sale signal; these signals do not prevent all advertising data processing. No name, email or gameplay progress is submitted by Mektra to the advertising SDKs. See Unity’s privacy policy for its processing, retention and privacy choices.

Advertising privacy requests

You can manage your advertising ID in Android privacy settings. Unity provides advertising privacy and deletion choices through its privacy policy and ad privacy controls. You can also contact the developer using the email below for assistance. Clearing local game storage does not delete records already held by an advertising provider.

Optional global leaderboard and sharing

If you choose to join the global leaderboard, Unity Authentication creates a device-linked player account. Your chosen nickname, a player identifier and your best distance score are processed by Unity Gaming Services. The nickname and best score are visible to other leaderboard participants. Rankings update while the leaderboard is open. Playing without joining remains available. Anonymous profiles are associated with locally stored sign-in credentials; uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove access to that profile. To request removal of your leaderboard information, use Profile and privacy in the leaderboard screen or email sureshc5551@gmail.com with your player ID. The developer will remove the leaderboard entry and associated player account. See Unity’s privacy policy linked above for service processing and retention.

Share climb opens the Android share sheet, or copies the share message on desktop. You choose the destination and whether to send it. The game does not automatically send messages or give sharing apps access to your local save.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress, best distance, collected stars, unlocked and selected characters, and sound preferences locally on your device. These records are used to restore your game progress and settings. Your local save is not uploaded. If you join the leaderboard, your nickname and best score are submitted to Unity as described above.

Removing local information

You can remove local game information by clearing Mektra's app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the game. Android or device backup services may manage copies of app data under their own settings and privacy policies.

Google Play and device services

Google Play and your device provider may process information when you download the game, manage your device or use their services. That processing is governed by their privacy policies. Advertising processing is described above. The developer receives aggregate advertising reports rather than your local gameplay save.

Audience

Mektra is intended for players aged 13 and older. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
